Chris O'Dell and Kate Silburn of O'Dell & Silburn, LLC like people and like solving their legal problems, from writing simple wills to selling a small business. They believe in Colorado values and have built their law firm on a solid foundation of old-fashioned honesty, hard work and honor.
The firm is located in Golden, Colorado's original state capitol, which retains much of its Old West charm. The office is easily accessible from anywhere in the metro Denver area. Both Chris (from Aurora) and Kate (from Crested Butte) are Colorado natives who have settled in the Golden area to raise their families and practice law.
As graduates of top universities in the country with more than 40 years of experience practicing law, Chris and Kate have earned the respect of clients, judges and fellow lawyers across Colorado. Both are active in Colorado's legal community, serving on a variety of boards and committees. They are fluent in both Legalese and English, and Kate also speaks Spanish and French. Most days, neither wears a suit to work.
